If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept an exchange or return.

Please follow the step by step instructions to confirm your returnable items. 

When submitted we will email the issued return receipt along with a shipping label. Print and continue with the following steps.


Pack all items in original packing; include the return receipt and seal. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Preferably in their original packaging.


Apply the printed shipping label and drop at your nearest mailing center.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, processed within 14 business days of receipt of the item. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. 

Returns may be made within 40 days. Please follow all steps to ensure an accurate return. 

Sale Items:

Items marked as Sale/ Promotion are not eligible for Free Return and Exchange. If you'd like to return or exchange a sale or promotion item please use the Contact Us and we'll get the process started for you.

*Please note return shipping label charge will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders:

We are not able to provide pre-paid labels for international orders. International customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
