A. Everything happens here in the United States. From the design of Italian inspiration to distribution, we are proud to create these products in the USA.
Why Only Online?
A. The majority of retail stores work on 50-65% cost increase. Which means that an $18.00 garment = $40.00-50.00 for the same garment in the store! At Sebastian Fierri we worked day and night not just on the fabric but on the fit as well so our garments are as true to US sizing as possible. It is so much easier and faster to sell through the retail market but that comes with a huge price tag to our customer and we are not okay with that.
What size should I buy?
A. Well, you can buy whichever size you like, but we suggest you use this Size Guide to find the perfect fit we designed for YOU.
Is ordering online secure?
A. Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website. The server that hosts SebastianFierri.com encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. All Credit card charges are protected through Authorize.net.
How do I add items to my shopping bag?
A. To add an item to your shopping bag, navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and then choose your desired version of that item. When you click the “Add to Cart” link, your item will be brought to your "Cart" page where you can then edit/ update your items that you would like to order using the edit field on the line. After you have reviewed your items they are ready for check out.
How do I view what’s in my Cart?
A. To view the contents of your cart, click on the “cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. Once click on this icon, you can see the number of items you want to purchase a particular item in your bag by updating the items listed and then clicking anywhere on the page. You can also delete any item in your bag by clicking the trash icon to the right of that item.
How do I cancel or edit a placed order?
A: We’re sorry after you’ve placed your order we are so quick to process it that you won’t be able to edit or cancel online. Please contact us support@SebastianFierri.com immediately and we will do whatever we can to help you.
When is the amount debited from my credit card?
A: We want to make sure you get exactly what you asked for so we won’t debit your card until your order is packed, checked, labeled and ready to be shipped.
What happens in the case of returns?
A. If you return any items the balance will in most cases be refunded to your credit card. Items that have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn will not be accepted.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased online?
A. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. We will refund or exchange an item, provided that it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Please visit the Return Center for more instructions on how to complete a return.
Where do we ship?
A.Wherever you are we will deliver, as long as you are within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will be excited to announce International options soon.
What are the shipping and handling costs?
A. Shipping is FREE for orders over $35.00. Orders under $35.00 will have a $5.99 shipping fee. If you can’t wait any longer, for $24.99 you can get next day delivery.
How long does standard delivery take?
A. Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the US and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes. We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight, and size. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.
How long does next day delivery take?
A. From Monday to Thursday, if you place your order by 3 pm PST you will receive it the next day. If your order on Friday by 4 pm PST the order will arrive on Monday, orders placed after 4 pm PST on Friday will arrive on Tuesday at the latest. Next Day Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and P.O. boxes at this time. During high season and Sale, Next Day Delivery might be unavailable.
How can I track my order?
A. As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the delivery information. It may take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated. If you have an account, log in to view your order status by visiting My Account for a complete list of your orders.
What if I did not create an Account at checkout?
A. Please check your email. After your order has been placed an email confirmation will be sent to you. In this email, you will find "View your order" This will provide you with the current status of your order.
Will my Sebastian Fierri garments shrink?
A. Let’s be real - a garment that is 100% cotton is prone to shrinkage. While other major brands accept high shrinkage. We did not want to accept these standards. We have spent time in our manufacturing process creating Sebastian Fierri standards along the way to ensure little to no shrinkage in your garment. That’s why we have labeled each of them with simple washing instructions to follow that will help maintain an incredible fit and feel.
Are hazardous or allergenic substances being used in our production methods?
A. We ban the use of hazardous and environmentally damaging substances throughout all production processes. All of our suppliers commit to comply with our requirements and are educated in how to run production to our standards. Regular controls and inspections are also conducted to ensure your safety.
Do I need to wash my Sebastian Fierri garments before wearing them first?
A. As hazardous chemicals are banned throughout our production, washing before wearing is not necessary. But we won’t get mad if you do.
